Vacuum Forming Plastics
Vacuum forming plastics use a combination of temperature and vacuum to form thermoplastic materials into strong, lightweight parts. Vacuum forming is often used in fabricating production runs for the automotive industry, covers, trays, pans, and guards.

We can vacuum form parts from most any thermoplastic material - type or color in thickness up to 300 mil.
Our machine is capable of forming blanks that fit into the 48" x 96" frame.
